Impact investing is a relatively new space - 20 years old or so. Evidence on its effectiveness across the board isn’t conclusive. There are inherent challenges in how future returns are estimated, with a range of methodologies developed.
Does impact investing actually do what it says on the tin? What are examples that show its effectiveness or otherwise? What would make it more effective? Lots of organisations have worked on developing suitable measurement frameworks - is there one that’s best?
