In April & May 2022 we surveyed leaders and managers in small to large organisations to understand where businesses stand on profit and impact, what needs to be done and importantly what's holding them back.

We got prompted and unprompted responses from 37 questions from self-evaluation to customer perceptions; key barriers to achieving impact to balancing profit & impact.
